GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Eligibility for LKG:

    Children aged between 3 to 4 years as on 1st of June shall only be considered for admission. The maximum age would be further relaxed by two years for persons with disability.

    Eligibility for I standard:

    Children aged between 5 to 7 years as on 1st of June shall only be considered for admission. The maximum age would be further relaxed by two years for persons with disability.
  1. Date of Birth Certificate:

    An attested copy of the birth certificate issued by competent authority as prescribed below is to be enclosed with application form.
  • Village Accountant ( The Certificate must be obtained within one year of child’s birth)

  • Thahsildar

  • Registrar of Birth and Deaths.

  • Municipal Corporations.

  • Any other Competent Authority.

  1. Candidates wishing to apply should reside in the MUDA/CORPORATION limit of the Mysore city (Related documents should be submitted).

Guidelines for filling the application form:

  • Fill the application form NEATLY with CORRECT information.

  • Affix a recent passport size photograph on the application form.

  • Enclose attested copy of Date of Birth Certificate. (Self-attested by parent).

  • Enclose attested copy of Category Certificate, if applicable (self-attested by parent).

  • The original certificates should be produced at the time of admission.

  • The parents residing within the Corporation/MUDA limits of the Mysore city have to produce any one of the following self-attested copy for address proof (latest 3 months).

    • Voters Identification Card
    • Gas Bill

    • BSNL Telephone Bill

    • Passport

    • Aadhaar Card

  • The NCERT Employees are exempted for the above said clause, however they have to produce Service /Employee Certificate from the Competent Authority.

  • Any application received from the same candidate in different name will be rejected.

  • Incomplete application will be rejected.

  • In case of applying against reserved categories if relevant and required documents are not enclosed such applications will be considered under General.

  • The caste certificates should be issued by the competent authorities in the name of the candidate.

  • Duly completed application forms must be handed over to the school office within prescribed date and an acknowledgement may be obtained from the official concerned.

  • Mere submission of application form is not a guarantee that the candidate will get admission.

  • Discrepancy if any is found in respect of Date of Birth, caste certificates etc., the institution has a right to cancel the admission.

  • To claim seats in Persons with Disability (PWD) and Ex-Serviceman categories, Certificate from the concerned authorities should be submitted

  • Admission is based on computer generated Random selection of eligible candidates.
