INTERIM ADMISSION

  • Vacancy position in all classes to be displayed on the school notice board for admission.

  • Based on RTE, there will be no admission test for classes II to VIII. Admission to these classes will be based on random selection for the session 2019-20.

  • Applicants will be considered eligible if they have completed the previous year’s examination.

  • For class IX, a written test will be administrated with objective type of questions in English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science. The Test format is given below:

  • Written test for admission to class IX is also compulsory for inclusive students.

  • The admission test of class IX is based on the syllabus of VIII standard as prescribed in CBSE (NCERT) textbooks with 100 objective type questions of four multiple choices.

  • 25 questions each in subjects of English, Mathematics, Science and Social Science will be administered to the students. The test will be for a time duration of two hours. The students will be eligible to be ranked in the selected list if he/she gets 33% in each subject and for inclusive students – 25%

  • Only English medium students for class IX will be considered for entrance exam as there is no support for teaching in Kannada medium.

  • There will be no admission test for wards of NCERT employees.

  • Selection list including waiting list if any, will be displayed on the notice board.

  • Self-attested copies of the progress card (photocopy) of the previous class studied and category certificate if any should be submitted along with the filled application form.

  • Students from CBSE affiliated School only are eligible for admission to class IX.

  • While providing interim admission to various classes the position of the reservation is looked into admission and done accordingly.

  • Details of vacancy position for various classes will be displayed on the school notice board parents should carefully go through it then apply.

  • Candidates should provide STS number compulsorily in the application form.

  • Documents that are required to be produced at the time of admission for verifications :

  1. Original Birth Certificate

  2. Passport size two photos

  3. Original Caste Certificate(SC/ST)

  4. Original Marks/Report card of previous class.

  5. Original Transfer Certificate

  6. Address proof (Voters Identification Card, Gas Bill, BSNL Telephone Bill , Passport, Aadhaar Card or any other certificate issued by the government authority as residential proof)

  • Classes will commence from 1st June. Of every academic year
